　　王琛目前在金桥慈善机构担任战略发展总监。 作为此次COP15中国青年代表团的组织者之一，她力致发展中国的公民社会和鼓励中国青年的社会责任和社会创新意识。

　　Ann is currently working as the Strategic Development Director in a non-profit organization-Golden Bridges. As one of the organizers for the COP15 China Youth Delegation, Ann is passionate about advancing civil society in China, as well as inspiring China youth in social innovation and social responsibility.
